He is survived by: his wife Betty Lynn Morgan Caldwell; his sons, Stephen Caldwell (Paige) and Jonathan Caldwell; his granddaughters, Jana Lynn Caldwell Duncan (Chris) and Rebecca Leighann Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Caylee Mae Duncan, Jo Jo Duncan and John Cade-Duncan.
