He was predeceased by: his parents, David Payne and Leona Payne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Payne; his children, Jessica Treece (Clay) and Hunter Payne; his siblings, Pennie Keathley, Christy Reese (David), Robbie Huddleston (Tim) and Tommy Payne (Kellie); and his mother-in-law Barbara Wade.
