He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Rowena Garrett; his grandparents, Mildred Maxine Hyatt Perry, Effie Virginia and Thomas Garrett; and his aunt Freda Rollin.

He is survived by: his father Jeffery William Garrett Sr.; his sisters, Virginia Garrett and Kimberly Haskin (Jason); his nephews, Cody Sircy and Hunter Sircy; and his close friend Amy Ange. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
