She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Watson and Gertrude Lee Dishman Watson; and her siblings, Sue Watson Withers, Jo Watson, Connie Marie Watson Clifton and Jerry Thomas "Red" Watson.
She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Pat Johnson (Carol) of Crossville, Donna Kay Garrett of Lebanon, Jeffrey Napier of Lebanon and Sherman Kellow (Jamie) of Lebanon; and her siblings, Jenny McPeak of Lebanon, Teresa Sellars of Lebanon and Charles Edward Watson (Patricia) of Lebanon. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
The Kellow family requests memorials in Jean's memory to her beloved the Poplar Hill Baptist Church.
