He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Coburn Maxwell and Salura Ruth Rains Maxwell; and his nephews, Christopher Michael Claibourne and Kevin Ray Waldron. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Maxwell; his daughter Virginia "Genna" Maxwell; his grandsons, Alexander C. Clemmons, Kyler J. Clemmons and Jordyn D. Mears; his sister Debra J. Waldron (Debbie); his niece Kristin R. Waldron; and his nephews, Randall D. Lewis (Tabithia), Nathan W. Lewis (Sandy) and Brandon A. Lewis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to an escalation in Covid-19 and the flu, the family will have a Celebration of Life, September 23, 2023, and a Celebration of Life for Friends and Colleagues, TBD, notification will be added to Facebook, with exact date, time and location.
