He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James McMahon and Sarah Logan McMahon; his wife Marie Holmes McMahon; his stepchildren, Ronnie, Terry, Helen Faye Harris and Pamela Oakley; his grandchildren, Brittany Fitts and Randy Spears; and his sister Allie Mai Kitts.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sherry Spears (Charlie), Kenneth Harris (Susie), Marshall "Mike" Harris (Kelly), Diane Johnston and Darlene Sawyer (Kevin); his caregivers, Amelia and Jerrod Williams; his niece Barbara Arwine; and his nephew David Arwine. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
