He is survived by: his children, Teresa Crutcher (Jerry) and Jimmy Shrum (Michell); his grandchildren, Whitney, Rachel Crutcher, Amanda Jenkins (Anthony), Heather Shrum and James Shrum (Amber); his great grandchildren, Haven, Kaylee, Colton, Mikey, Justin, Kaleb and Waylon; his great great grandchild Anna; and his brother Doug.
