He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lee Stark and Kenneth Cochran. He is survived by: his daughter Tracie Jenkins (Randy); his grandchildren, Jody Jenkins (Jenn), Jake Jenkins (Loran) and Checotah Allen (Charles); and his great grandchildren, Kaden Jenkins, Shaw Jenkins, Shyann Waffird, Jalee Jenkins, Colt Allen, Jaiden Jenkins, Carly Allen, Cutter Jenkins and Eli Jenkins.
