He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Eldridge Mathis and Richard Smith Mathis; his brothers, Justin Eldridge (Danielle) and Josh Mathis (Aubrey); his stepsister Hailee Doughty; his nieces, Alissa Woodard and Addison Eldridge; his grandparents, Jackie Lewan (Randy Hill) and Mary Opal Mathis; and his cousins, Dylan Mathis, Chase Fielder, Alexis Fielder, Noah Mathis, Sam Mathis, Cooper Mathis, Savanah Mathis and Devin Mathis.
