He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Puckett Pratt; his parents, Clarence Pratt and Bertha Pratt; and his siblings, Marvin Pratt, Clair Pratt, Harold Pratt, Renni Kunzman, Marguerite Church and Constance Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Pratt; his son Jack F. "Bubba" Pratt Jr. (Kalee); his brother Gerald Pratt (Sue); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Joe Pratt and Connie Hamilton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
