He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Nellie Louise Merritt Parker; and his son Scott Parker. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Parker; and his siblings, Bobbie Louise Donahe and James B. Parker (Terry Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
