He is survived by: his children, Randy Carey (Janet) of Lebanon, Renae Hudson (L. T.) of Mt. Juliet, Brenda C. Hicks of Lebanon and Sandra K. Phillips of Woodstock, GA; his grandchildren, Laura Phillips, Chris Phillips, James Phillips, Tommy Hicks, Waylon Carey, Dean Carey, Laura Carey, Shayne Hudson, Melody Bowling and Hope Hudson; his great grandchildren, Miranda Jones, Michaela Barth, Hunter Hicks, Cody Hicks, Tyler Sevier, Stefon Auten, McKenzie Auten, Julien Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Courtney Phillips, Hailey Phillips, Beau Carey, Kadance Bowling, Harmony Bowling, Elisha Chapman and Jayce Hudson; his great great grandchildren, Braylie Jones, Ellie Rose Jones, Madelyn Faith Jones and Sierra Grace Barth; and his siblings, Cliff Carey (Janet), Cancel Carey (Shirley), Eva Tomlinson (Joe) and Ilene Ash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Adams Avenue Church of Christ Benevolence Fund.
