He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Perry Lanius and Allie Frances Sanders Lanius. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Patton Lanius; his sons, Tony Lanius and Bob Lanius; his grandson Matthew Perry Lanius; and his brother Eddie Lanius (Shelia).
