He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Carrizales and Guadalupe Garcia Sr.; his daughter Jovette Serrano; and his siblings, Lancho Ramos and Marie Ramirez.

He is survived by: his wife Kim Keckler Garcia; his children, Gabriel Jesus Garcia, Jay Garcia, Drew Raymer (Chelsea) and Alex Raymer; and his sister Linda Hill (Ken). He is also survived by grandchildren.
