He was predeceased by: his brother Peter N. Haytko Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hatton Haytko; and his siblings, Janet Haytko Brooks and Charles Haytko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Neuro ICU at Vanderbilt University in Nashville reflecting George's lifelong dedication to helping others.
