He was predeceased by: his parents, George Charles Fisher and Theadora "Teddy" Fisher; his grandparents, George, Leona Fisher, Edward and Theresa Hartenstein; and his uncles, Paul Lukasik and Alan McCarthy.
He is survived by: his sister Jennifer Johnston; his nephew Devin Johnston; his aunts, Lenore Lukasik, Cecelia McCarthy and Dr. Norma Jean Fisher; and his uncle Dr. Maurice Consiglio. He is also survived by many cousins and other loving family members and friends.
