She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Alto and Ouida Pearl Parish Ezzell; her husband Carlton Thomas; and her brothers, Preston, Kenneth and Charles Ezzell.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Waynick (Ronnie) and Tony Thomas (Michelle); her grandchildren, Geneva Grace Woods (Tony), Jacob Wade Waynick, Jesse Lee Thomas and Wesley Harrison Thomas; her great grandchildren, Annabelle Rose Woods, Rosalie Grace Woods and Gabriel Gage Woods; and her sisters, Ouida Boulton and Lottie Thorn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
