She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Johnson. She is survived by: her father Kenneth Moore of Crossville; her stepfather David Johnson of Monterey; her siblings, Amanda Eldridge of Cookeville, Jason Moore of Liberty and Justin Moore of Sparta; and her nieces and nephews, Nevaeh Moore, Phillip Martin, Jr., Maryalice Moore, Oliver Moore, Kenleigh Moore and Evelyn Moore.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
