He is survived by: his daughter Amber Gayle Kosirog (Timothy); his stepsons, Cody Dailey, Luke Dailey and Garrett Dailey; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Coots and Peyton Coots; his siblings, Teresa Sullins (Howard Jr.), Donnie Hobbs, Richard Mofield (TJ) and Lisa Glaub (Dennis); and his pets, Brutus and Briar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
