She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Forkum and Grace Forkum; her husband Billy Joe Massey; and her brother-in-law Ricky Underhill. She is survived by: her children, Penny Spears (Bob), Scott Massey (Denise), Amy Jo Endsley (Carl) and Valerie Nelsen (Troy); her sister Renee Underhill; her grandchildren, Brittany Walker (Michael), Bailey Padgett, Dalton Massey, Dylan Massey and Chase Collinsworth (Charlie); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Walker and Noah Collinsworth. She is also survived by her parents, my uncle and aunt.
