She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Chambers; her children, Debra Midgett and Tom Chambers; her parent Herbert; and her siblings, Herbert, Thomas Partlow and Nancy Whited.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard "Buck" Chambers (Judy) and David Chambers. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society or The Lebanon Senior Citizens Center.
