He is survived by: his wife Tu Holman (Nguyen); his siblings, Dan, Paul Holman, Kay Walker, Brenda Reed and Rebecca Smith; and his nephews, Jesse and Bennett Holman. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
