He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Doc" Witherspoon and Johnny (Laverne Reece); and his sister Wanda Dickson of Rives, TN.. He is survived by: his pet Star; his wife Judy; and his grandchildren, Shane Witherspoon (Beth) of Franklin, TN, Deica Witherspoon Disney of Troy, TN, Justin, Kristen, Korbin, Faith, Raegan, Cambria, Willa, Wrenley, Deane, Wyatt Witherspoon, Jayda and Aden Disney.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Wilson County SCAN program in Don's memory. Donations may be mailed to WCS Office Scan, 105 East High St., Lebanon, TN 37087.
