He is survived by: his wife Pam Kelley Hemontolor; his children, David Wayne Hemontolor Jr. and Melissa Dawn Burton (Chris); his grandchildren, Darrin Hemontolor (Terri), Kyleigh Burton and Ella Elizabeth Hemontolor; his great grandchild Kaylee Marie Hemontolor; his sister Jo Helen Hall; and his stepson Derrick Comer (Etta).
