He is survived by: his children, Daniel Cook (Ashley), Katharine Cook Saunders (Brandon), Shanda Presley (Kurt) and Landon Dunaway; his daughter-in-law Cindy Cook; his grandchildren, Graham Cook, Ellie Cook, Jack, Eli Saunders, Sam Presley (Faith Jennings), Abby, Nate Presley, Emme, Rhett Dunaway, Bobby Cook (Yana), Taylor Cook and Hailey Cook; and his siblings, William "Bill" Cook and Maryanne Cook Harvey (Bart). He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, loving nieces and nephew.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
