He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cullen and Ron Collinsworth. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Clemmons Collinsworth; his sons, Mike Collinsworth (Stacy) and Eric Collinsworth (Katy); his grandchildren, Hayley, Caelyn, Lindsey, Ella, Lillie Kate, Lucy and Levi; his great grandchildren, Fallon and Jamie; and his siblings, John Collinsworth (Sherri Lannom), Jeannie Atwood (Danny), Anne Hensley (Scott) and Dawn Huddleston (J. C.).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (313 W Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
