He is survived by: his parents, Debra Hix and Ralph Hix; his sister Dawn Ambrose (Brandon); his niece Addison Ambrose; his grandparents, Margaret E. Hix and Ray J. Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Earl Hix, Mitchell Smith (Gina), Lisa Bohannon (Jason) and Vicky Sweeney.
