We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 72, Dave W. Smith Jr. (Lebanon, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave William Smith Sr. and Elsie Margaret Ivy Smith; his granddaughter Cayley Jewell Gore; his brothers-in-law, Ron Steele and Tony Malone; and his parents-in-law, John and Christine Clemmons.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Clemmons Smith; his children, Jody Smith Gore (Chuck) and Dave Clinton Smith (Brandy); his grandchildren, Abbey, Austen Gore, Madelyn and Owen Smith; and his sisters, Ruby Lynn Steele, Margaret Ivy Hyde (George) and Mary Beth Malone. He is also survived by his family and friends.
