It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Edwards of Lebanon, Tennessee, born in Hartsville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Jo Ann Edwards; and his brothers, Herbert Lee Edwards, Roy Dan Edwards and Charles Everett Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Edwards; his children, Brian Edwards (Rhonda), Kathy Shoptaw (Michael) and Karen McDonald (Danny); his stepson Dwayne Ferrell; his grandchildren, Chris Edwards (Caroline), Kevin Thompson (Megan), Casey Thompson (Casey) and Becca McDonald; his great grandchildren, Daiya Thompson, Rook Thompson, Mac Thompson, Mailee Edwards, Margaret Edwards and Meredith Edwards; and his siblings, Elizabeth Green, Bobby Edwards (Janie) and Stanley Edwards (Dana). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.
