She was predeceased by: her father Earnest Wilson; her boyfriend Ted Earnhardt; her mother Jeanette Wilson; and her siblings, Richard Wilson, Jerry Wilson, Johnny Wilson and Charlotte Wilson.

She is survived by: her husband Ricky Cooper; and her children, Gina George (David), Jackie Cross Jr. (Melissa) and Carolyn Michelle Norsworthy (Jesse). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
