He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Skeen (Jennifer), Givens Phillips III (Shelly) and Keese Phillips (Jessica); his sister Sally Kimble (David); and his sister-in-law Patsy Stairs.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Partlow Funeral Chapel (602 S Cumberland St, Lebanon, TN 37087). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge, 2008 Charlotte Ave., Nashville, Tn 37203.
