He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skeen and Dorothy Skeen; his brother Gordon Skeen (Josephine); and his grandson Micah Estes. He is survived by: his children, Mary Neil Estes (Trey) and Mark Skeen (Courtney Pfiefer); his grandchildren, Will Estes (Emily), Evan Ferguson (Kassandra), Mary Caroline Ferguson, Brady Estes (Stephanie), Jackson Skeen, Ben Estes (Emma George) and Carter Skeen; his great grandchildren, Gemma, Marley, Nash Ferguson, Lewis, Lincoln and Aden Estes; the mother of his children Mary Hugh Skeen; his niece Sheila Mobley (David); and his nephew Paul Skeen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church (522 Castle Heights Ave, Lebanon, TN 37087).
