He was predeceased by: his parents, William Logue Shelton and Annie Laura Davis Shelton; his brother Billy Shelton; and his son-in-law Randy Locke. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Mathis Shelton; his children, Jan Locke, Mike Shelton (Teresa), Chris Shelton (Diane) and Julie Holland (Ed); his grandchildren, Kristin Tayse (Bobby), Ross Locke (Anna), Kyle Shelton, Evan Shelton (Shelby) and Jackson Holland; his great grandchildren, Chandler Shelton, Katie Shelton, Adelyn Locke and Emme Vann; his great great grandchild Blakely Shelton; and his siblings, Fay Murray (Bobby) and Steve Shelton (Jennie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Youth Group at West Hills Baptist Church.
