He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carman Fields and Ruby Watts Fields; his brother George Donald Fields; his wife Margaret Christian Fields; his son Timothy Fields; and his great grandchild Timothy Nicholas Sells.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Fields (Debbie), Beverly Jo Sells, Fran Grandstaff (Franklin) and Melissa Mundy (Randy); his grandchildren, Joshua Sells (Heather), Joel Sells (Mamie), Jonathan Sells (Kayla), Jason Sells (Ashlee), Jacob Fields (Alexandra) and Maria Mundy; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Sells, Jayden Sells, Dakoda Sells and Barrett Fields. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mr. Fields memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
