She is survived by: her children, Michael Butler (Barbi) and Michelle Lawrence (Tim); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Butler; her grandchildren, Marshall Butler, Brett Butler (Amanda), Zachary Butler (Autumn), Ethan Butler of Oklahoma and Addie Burlingame (Johnnie); her great grandchildren, J. C. Butler, Gunner Butler, Henley Butler, Emery Butler and Saylor Burlingame; and her siblings, Jewell Dickerson (Orien), Patsy Maynard (Claude) and Phillip Lannom (Roxie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
