She was predeceased by: her parents, Shafter Blair and Effie Blair; her husband John W. Napier; her daughter Jennifer Lynn Napier; her grandson Levi Davis; and her son-in-law Randy Barnhart.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Napier (Kathey), Lisa Barnhart and Marti Napier (Marcus King); her grandchildren, Christy Crossland (Steven), Dustin Napier, Brandon Shelton, Christopher Shelton, Matthew King and Kevin King; her brother Frank Blair (Doris); and her great grandchild Rylie Parker Crossland.
