He was predeceased by: his mother Tena Louise Pruitte; his brother William Jacob Agee; and his grandparents, Billy Agee, Jack and Betty Pruitte.
He is survived by: his mother Terry Marshall Agee; his children, Bella Rose Agee, Sion Marshall Agee and Ellis Harper Agee; his grandmother Ola Mae Agee; his siblings, Molly Agee and John Ross Scott; his nieces, Emry Agee and Sutton Crawford; and his uncles, Bruce Pruitte (Leslie) and Jackie Pruitte.
