She is survived by: her parents, Jason Curtis and Brittney Curtis; her sister Eden Joy Curtis of Lebanon, TN; her grandparents, Jerry, Denise Hanley of Lebanon, TN, Cindy Curtis of Lewisburg, TN and David Curtis of Smyrna, TN; and her aunt Nicole Orr (Jamie).
