It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Jean Sears Kelley Newton of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Clarence and Ora Black Sears; her former husband James Arthur Kelley; her husband Amos Newton; her son James Roger Kelley; her brothers, C. F. Sears, Claude E. Sears and Wilbur Sears; and her grandson Ricky Wayne Aldridge.

She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Aldridge (Wayne) of Memphis, TN and Diane Kelly of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Jackie Hill (Michael) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Rhonda Stus (Sean) of Memphis, TN and R. J. Kelley of Tullahoma, TN. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
