He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Staggs and Hester Staggs; his son Jeffery Earl Staggs; and his brother Frank Staggs. He is survived by: his wife Janet Staggs; his children, Alan Staggs and Kathy Mott (Ron); and his brother Thomas Staggs (Judy). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family would also like to ask that all attendees practice social distancing guidelines.
