He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Leland and Flora Ossie Robinson Spradlin; his wife Leoria Sanders Spradlin; and his daughter Katherine Lynn Spradlin. He is survived by: his children, Scarlet Grooms (Dennis), Autumn Grimsley and William "Shan" Spradlin (Kim); his grandchildren, Jonathan Lyle Smith (Heaven), Joshua Grimsley, Tess Heard (Zach), Emily Madden (Cody), Zach Spradlin (Anjelika), Jordan Spradlin and Isaac Spradlin; and his great grandchildren, Morisa, Carlee Smith, Jediah, Jonah Madden, Carston, Temperance, Ryker and Silas Spradlin Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
