He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ratliff and Ina Mae Sneed Ratliff; and his stepdaughter Diane Staggs. He is survived by: his children, Rita Johns (Rex) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Kathy Sisk (Steve) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Will Ratliff of Lawrenceburg, TN; his stepdaughters, Linda Moore (Doyle) of Ethridge, TN and Theresa Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his sister Betty Bonee of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
