She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawrence and Cannie Rosell Beck Skinner; and her husband Thomas J. Martin. She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Wendell Skinner of Kingsport, TN, Vera Odom of Lawrenceburg, TN and Sybil Hardison of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her close friend Robert Buford Springer of Lawrenceburg, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a graveside service and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 21, 2020, with Reggie Coleman officiating.
