He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Pete" Osborn and Ruth Clifton Osborn; his brother Gerald Osborn; and his niece Kassie Moore Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Jake Osborne, Zackery Osborne and Nikita Violet; his grandsons, Braxton Troglen, Lincoln Troglen, Lane Violet, Layden Violet and Zade Violet; his sisters, Sheila Moore (Dale) and Sherry Osborn; the mother of his children Rea Clifton; and his nieces, Brandi Kelley, Ashley Osborn, Ryan Horton and Latasha Osborn.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
