He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Perry and Minnie Lee Sharpe Perry; and his brother Stacy Allen Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Petrina Walker of Pulaski, TN; and his siblings, Wanda Pylant of Pulaski, TN, Brenda Thompson of Pulaski, TN, Wayne Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Marsha Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Lana Roloff (Bob) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Vickie Byrd (Dennis) of Greenville, SC and Shelia Ricketts (Randy) of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
