She was predeceased by: her husband Columbus Leo Polk; and her parents, Jack Broyles and Lucille Foulks Broyles. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill", Richard, Michael Polk (Phyllis), Terry Polk Lawrenceburg and Marilyn Jenkins Lawrenceburg; and her brother Jimmie Broyles Greenville. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren 17 Great Grandchildren.
