She is survived by: her husband Eddie Cleghorn of Lawrenceburg, TN; her son John Cleghorn of Knoxville, TN; her siblings, Debra Forsyth of Nashville, TN and Robert Knott (Maria) of Wichita, KS; and her nephews, Logan Forsyth, Dakota Knott and Brandon Knott.
