She is survived by: her husband Welch; her daughter Deborah Hillin (Welch); her granddaughters, Amanda Rachford (Buford) and Julie Hillin (Beau Herring); and her great grandchildren, Jacquline Pusser, RJ Rachford and Noah Rachford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
