He was predeceased by: his father Willard Holt. He is survived by: his wife Dola Holt; his children, Jansen Holt and Jennifer Holt; his grandchildren, Ben, Ryan, Lance Egly and Emmery Holt; and his siblings, Gary Holt and Wanda Keaton.
