It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Elmer Dobbins (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee), who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Faye "Sug" Dobbins; his parents, John Alfred Dobbins and Lillie May Blair Dobbins; his son Michael Dobbins; and his siblings, Aaron Dobbins, Nathaniel Dobbins, Lloyd Smith, Floyd Smith, Jessie Smith, Nalon Dobbins, Catherine Scott, Johnnie Mae Simpson, Frances Ann Dobbins and Callie Mae Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Dobbins (Lucie), Darrell Cathy (Sheri), Ray Dobbins (Yulonda), Patrick "Joe" Dobbins (Taylor), Jeffrey Dobbins (Shay) and Betty Kelly; and his sister Louise Douglas. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
